Baroness Brady of Knightsbridge?

How fucking chavvy can that woman get?

Quote them £50,000,000 for the season to share. Then use it to buy Gareth Bale.

Surely we can say no to this. Fuck me it's like your landlord saying while your out at work one of my other tenants is going to use your house.

True kylay. And of course it won't be us charging Spurs anything, that's the job of the LLDC or its successor (Anschutz Entertainment Group probably).

But as anchor concessionaire we certainly have special priority during the so-called winter season.
The LLDC should be aware that this is a massive issue for West Ham, the entire club and its fans.

Spurs are not only another football team that would be playing in the OS, they are probably our fiercest rival. Having them play their home games into the OS during a time when West Ham will still adjust getting used to its new home would be a massive letdown.

The LLDC should take that into consideration when making a decision. It's certainly not a good way to treat your business partner for the next 99 years in the early stages of the deal...

We don't "need" to be flexible at all, someone should remind the LLDC that this is football not fucking hockey, cunts.

Re: Pressure on Baroness Brady to play ball with Spurs over ground share
tell the LLDC to go fuck themselves and remind them that a lease gives a possessory interest in the property. They didn't do us any favors in making west ham re-bid after we had successfully won it the first time because they were too incompetent to begin with.

How can we charge spurs rent when we don't own it. We pay our 2 mill for the time we use it.

Aren't they Dicksie ? Who is our bigger rival then ?
Millwall ? Orient ?

Spurs are not our biggest rival...

Agree with the rest though...

Re: Pressure on Baroness Brady to play ball with Spurs over ground share
Time for Brady to show her nasty side I reckon.
Did those spies tap up her phone lines for private reasons because they were stalkers ?
Or did Spurs have a vested interest to keep West Ham out of the OS at all costs ?

After all the crap Tottenham threw at us, there is no reason why West Ham should play ball here and be nice boys. If the LLDC want Spurs in there for political reasons (if only for a season) West Ham should make sure that we pursue all legal avenues here to make it as difficult for Tottenham as possible.

Maybe we cannot avoid Tottenham sharing for a season. But we should make sure they have to pay a massive massive rent for the privilege (which will make it hard for them to sign star players during that time).
I thought the LLDC agreed that the OS had to look and feel like a West Ham home.

It doesn't really add to the home feel if our fiercest rival would be allowed to play there for a whole season...

you mean Druids AKA those who wear head to toe DENIM?

dicksie3 2:48 Sun Oct 5
Re: Pressure on Baroness Brady to play ball with Spurs over ground share
A DRUID is an old, miserable fuck who's completely against the OS move and the club showing any sort of ambition and also secretly (sometimes openly) taking delight in the team losing - especially if they predicted it so they can point-score on here... They also possess very low IQs, dress like tramps, have unkept beards and stink of piss... Most are clad head-to-toe in denim and the odd one or two sport dungarees and to show-off their huge, fat, swollen bellies...

Can someone explain to me what a DRUID is in relation to West Ham fans and/or the Olympic Stadium .

Even though I'm a regular visitor/contributor to this site I seem to have missed the origin of this.

You see I don't know whether I is one or not - init?.

Sorry for being a thick cunt!

Luton Vs Millwall in the 80s was like a fucking ten-way fight...

Still, post-96ers like Bulphan will know little about that...

You keep sucking-up to the CHIEF DRUIDS, son... You're their junior mouth-piece...

Bulphan, there will be... That does happen, you know?...

Still, you camp poofs can carry-on worrying about skinny cunt, 13-year-old, hooded, weakling POST CODE GANG wankers in case they might call you a rude word...

DJH

Well Ok - I just can't get bothered about it.

Spikes of football supporter trouble have been going on at London stations for years, if this causes a bit more then ...

If there is money involved I can't see it will have a big say in whether Spurs get a season long lease or not.

Although this article says West Ham only have a first season veto I would think Newham have a bigger veto but will they use it?

DJH 1:44 Sun Oct 5
Re: Pressure on Baroness Brady to play ball with Spurs over ground share
1964 as Dicksie says there will be enough and there is a big difference policing just a few hundred traveling together on trains up North than a few hundred amongst 50,000 with some looking for trouble.
It is not a matter of few hundred getting off just for trouble as Stratford logically will become a local meet for many of our away fans using public transport close to London as they look to use their new regular haunts before and after games but I am sure there will be a few just being there for a bit of trouble.
As I said the Police simply will not allow it and I don't see anything I have said is exaggerating the potential for bovver

Re: Pressure on Baroness Brady to play ball with Spurs over ground share
Am I alone in not caring if Spurs use it or not? If it's a legacy / finance thing that benefits the taxpayer then I think it should be used on alternative weeks just for a season. If it had been Upton Park I actually think it would have been quite amusing seeing our rivals have to use the ground. Of course, if it had been UP then we would have financially benefitted from it too (not sure if that's the case here but if we can make money for sharing it then it just reinforces my opinion). Sorry not seeing what the problem is here.

OK - if it happens it happens

One season? - Can't get too bothered about it TBH

I'm more worried about what my view will be like!
